HP iPaq 6515

G3 PDA

HP iPaq 6515 PDAThe HP iPaq is the latest from Hewlett Packard’s mobile device minds. Cool features like Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 and Bluetooth wireless integration make this PDA/phone a very capable device. The form factor of the iPaq 6515 is very nice, with a sleek and slender profile and good sized buttons. Many of these devices have buttons that are either too small or awkward. The 6515 seems to have a good compromise between the two. The screen is also very nice, not the best, on the iPaq 6515 with touch-screen capability. The HP also features a 4 channel GPRS radio that is EDGE capable allowing it to utilize Cingular’s EDGE networks where available. EDGE provides speeds up to ~135kbps in most metropolitan areas in the US.

The location accuracy is anywhere from 100 to 10 meters for most equipment. Accuracy can be pinpointed to within one (1) meter with special military-approved equipment.
